European patients

The costs of ambulance service can be covered by the health insurances as part of the social security agreement:

If you are resident of one of the following states

Belgium, Latvia, Switzerland, Ireland, Poland, Bulgaria, Liechtenstein, Slovakia, Iceland, Portugal, Denmark, Lithuania, Slovenia, Italy, Romania, Estonia, Luxembourg, Spain, Croatia, Sweden, Finland, Malta, Czech Republic, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, United Kingdom, Austria, Cyprus (Greek part only)

only after presentation of the following documents:

  • Copy of the valid European Health Insurance Card (clearly legible on the front and back) 

or

  • a certificate as a provisional replacement for the EU insurance card issued directly by the health insurance

and

  • the completed and signed declaration which you can download in the lower part in your own language

Patients outside Europe

You can pay your invoice by cheque or bank transfer. We recommend to send a cheque by registered mail. Unfortunately it is not possible to pay via credit card.
